Nothing brings a group of people together better than Rhythm. People walking or marching together fall into steps. A crowd at a concert dances together on the floor. The rest clap together with the rhythmic beat.
This happens through a physical process called Entrainment. When town rhythmic system interacts, they will synchronize. When a group of drummers begin playing, they soon play together. They respond to change in the rhythm, knowing when to slow down, speed up, and eventually stop together.
People can also entrain when working towards a common objective. Once they all agree on their desired outcome, a group of people will fall into steps towards their goals. In peak synchronization, the group of people will definitely achieve the outcome with maximum efficiency.
