Lean Value Stream Mapping

Value Stream Mapping is a diagnostic activity that allows a team to identify the way value flows from beginning to end in the selected area. This training will provide the participants with an understanding of Value and Waste in operations and how to map a value stream. With the knowledge and skills acquired the trainees will be able to understand current processes in their operation and plan for improvement.
